WIPPF 2.0 – Wiesbaden Inventory for Positive Psychotherapy and Family Therapy
WIPPF 2.0 is the internationally recognized questionnaire developed by
Nossrat Peseschkian (founder of Positive Psychotherapy) in 1988
and updated by A. Remmers in 2009.
It helps you discover your personal resources by measuring:
• Primary capacities (emotional abilities: love, trust, hope, patience…)
• Secondary capacities (social norms: orderliness, punctuality, honesty…)
• Conflict reactions and early relationship models (how you learned to deal with difficulties)
The test is completely confidential and used worldwide in psychotherapy, counselling, coaching and self-development. There are no “right” or “wrong” answers — only your personal view matters.
How to answer:
4 = fully agree 3 = partially agree 2 = partially disagree 1 = fully disagree
Please read every statement carefully and choose the number that best describes you.
