Аннотация. Данная статья призвана привлечь внимание специалистов к проблемам места и роли немедикаментозной психотерапии в излечении депрессии. Статья прослеживает зависимость результатов работы психотерапевтов от качества работы врачей общей практики и психиатров, а также затрагивает аспекты актуальности норм и рекомендаций Всемирной организации здравоохранения, национальных протоколов помощи по работе с депрессией, и фактической ситуации их исполнения.

Abstract. The article is intended to pin the attention of specialists to the problems of non-drug psychotherapy in depression treatment. The article is tracking the dependence of the working results of psychotherapists on the general practitioner’s quality of the work and psychiatrists, as well as it touches on the aspects of the relevance of the norms and recommendations of the World Health Organization, national protocols of care for dealing with depression and their actual situation of their implementation.
