Abstract: This article demonstrates how Positive Psychotherapy with body-oriented psychotherapy,  two approaches that have a psychodynamic, humanistic and integrative character, can be combined. The article presents the symmetrical synthesis of the two approaches, presenting methodological differences and similarities in the psychotherapeutic process during therapeutic treatment. In order to understand the essence of these two approaches, the methods and techniques applied according to the therapeutic phases in both approaches are described at the end of the article.
