Abstract: The article presents two cases with psychosomatic problems – atopic dermatitis and hypertension, which from a psychodynamic point of view are related to the suppression of aggressive impulses and feelings. From the psychodynamic point of view, atopic dermatitis is related to the peculiarities of the social situation and conflict relations in the sphere “Mother-Child.” Hypertension as a way of repressive coping with events and feelings. Intrapsychic conflicts involving unacceptable desires, fantasies, and impulses hidden from consciousness.
