Abstract: This article proposes a clinically oriented integrative model for therapeutic work with greed, envy, jealousy, and guilt within the context of early object relations and the development of primary actual capabilities. The model is grounded in a theoretical dialogue between Positive and Transcultural Psychotherapy (PPT) and Object Relations Theory (ORT) and seeks to enhance clinical sensitivity to deep affective conflicts and their dynamics in the therapeutic process.
The Four Role Model Dimensions serve as the clinical framework. Within this structure, affects are conceptualized as indicators of imbalance in personality development and as entry points for working with transference, emotional containment, and the development of primary actual capabilities within the therapeutic relationship.
