Abstract: Positive Psychotherapy is based on the differentiation analysis model. Accordingly, intrapersonal and interpersonal differentiation processes should be examined in psychotherapy sessions. This study aims to develop an interpersonal differentiation model with eight capabilities and five stages. The developed model is named The CHAPTER-Hope Model. The abilities included in the model are: compassion, honesty, achievement, politeness, trust, enduring love, reliability, and hope. An example of a session conducted using the developed model is also presented in the study. Many of the clients’ problems stem from issues with differentiation. The Chapter-Hope Model can help resolve clients’ differentiation problems.
