This session will introduce methods for resource restoration through the lens of process-oriented psychotherapy by Arnold Mindell. We’ll explore self-support, considering the different levels of reality in which we live.
Theoretical Part:
– Understanding Deep Democracy: its principles and the three dimensions it encompasses.
– Components of inner work.
Practical Part: Engage in exercises for self-support and resource acquisition.
