Theoretical Part:

– discussion of what facilitation means in the process-oriented approach and its objectives;

– analyzing the role conflicts play in group dynamics, observe the structure of conflicts, and the basic stages that all conflicts go through;

– discussion of what can and should be done at each stage to maximize the benefits for all participants. ⚙

Practical Part: exercises that help better understand the theory and work with both internal and external conflicts.

Meeting facilitator:

Yaroslava Kot-Myronova – Facilitator in the process-oriented and systemic approach, specializing in relationships and working with internal conflicts, personal relationships, and organizational issues. She has 17 years of experience and is an international candidate for the status of a Diplomat in Process-Oriented Work with teaching rights (IAPOP standards); an international analyst and former civil servant. Currently, Yaroslava conducts private practice and is a public figure.
