Navigating a new country, a new system, and a new life can be challenging—especially for psychotherapists looking to continue their practice. The PPT Ambassadors Group is here to support you, it is a working group established to support our colleagues who moved abroad.
It’s a space to exchange knowledge, share experiences, and help each other find the best ways to integrate professionally in new circumstances. Because no one should have to figure it all out alone.
What we do
- we connect people from different countries,
– maintain a database on about local regulations of psychological activity in more than 50 different countries (getting a local license, confirming a diploma etc)
– conduct online meetings to network and exchange our migration experience, as well as professional adaptation
- share ideas about developing PPT in a new countries
- we are in constant contact with WAPP Committees and the Head Office regarding the topics of supporting our members abroad
- developing new projects for our migration PPT community
