Author Educational Qualifications and Academic Oversight
All authors and co-authors of manuscripts submitted to the journal must have completed higher education and hold at least a Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent recognized qualification. Current students who have not yet completed a Bachelor’s degree are not eligible to be listed as authors or co-authors.
For manuscripts submitted to the Indexed Research Section, at least one of the authors must hold a PhD or an equivalent doctoral degree.
If none of the authors holds a PhD or an equivalent doctoral degree, the manuscript may be considered for the Indexed Research Section only if it is accompanied by a signed academic recommendation from a qualified PhD holder with relevant expertise. The recommendation must confirm that the expert has reviewed the manuscript and considers it academically suitable for submission and potential publication. It must include the expert’s full name, academic degree, institutional affiliation, contact details, signature, and date.
The signed recommendation must be submitted together with the manuscript and other required submission documents. Submission of such a recommendation does not replace the journal’s formal peer-review procedure and does not guarantee acceptance or publication.
