Please do not book the hotel directly via booking websites or hotel website! You won’t have access to the above-mentioned conference offerings, such as airport transfer, gala-dinner, conference participation.

There will be a special daily conference fee for participants who do not stay at the hotel, plus registration fee.

Official language of the conference is English, but different translators will be provided for groups larger than 20 for the same speaking language attendees (examples: Ukrainian, Turkish, Russian, etc.).
